What the game stores, why it is needed, and how you can control it.
Data we process
- Random device and account identifiers, nickname, game progress, battle records, selected feedback, and purchased game entitlements.
- Security records such as shortened technical request information, failed sign-in counts, and timestamps.
- Stripe processes payment details. Mengling Squad does not receive or store complete card numbers.
Why
We use this data to run battles, restore progress, prevent abuse, deliver purchases, answer support tickets, and improve game balance.
Retention and sharing
Expired sessions and short-term operational records are regularly removed. Purchase records may be retained where law, refunds, fraud prevention, or accounting requires it. Data is shared only with infrastructure and payment providers needed to run the service.
Your choices
Use your Mengling Account to export or delete account data. You may also submit a privacy request through Support.
Children should ask a parent or guardian before creating an account, sending a support request, or making a purchase.
