How to ask for help when a purchase did not go as expected.
The Founder Edition is a one-time bundle: permanent features plus 5 Random and 5 Chosen Replacement Cards. The cards are consumed on use and do not refill.
Request window
Contact Support within 14 days of purchase. Include the Stripe receipt or Checkout Session ID, but never send a complete card number or login password.
Eligible cases
- Duplicate charge or item not delivered.
- Purchase made without the account holder or guardian's authorization.
- Other rights required by the consumer law that applies to you.
After a refund
A full bundle refund removes its permanent features and any remaining granted cards. Already-consumed cards are reviewed as part of the refund request. Processing time depends on Stripe, the payment method, and your bank.
